  • I have a Nissan Armada that hadn't been completely detailed in over a year...with the interior only vacummed. It was loaded with dog hair, sand from the lake, and had a bad smell from carrying wet diving gear from the lake. On May 29th, I decided to get my SUV detailed and looked to the YELP reviews to find a good detail shop. After reviewing both the positive and negative reviews for the listed detailers, I decided to use Oasis Car Wash. After driving to Oasis from my home at Flamingo/Rainbow, I met the Manager, Francisco, to get a price for a complete detail job. After looking at the condition of the vehicle, he gave me a price of $180...explaining he was charging extra for all the dog hair that was embedded in the carpet. After telling him that his price was more than I had ever paid for a complete detail, he brought the Owner over to look at the car. The Owner stood behind the quote I was given. Francisco said he needed 4 hours to complete the car. After leaving the car, I was fretting over getting a half-ass job for a premium price and I would have to bitch to get it done right. When I got back there at 6pm, my SUV was just getting finished. I looked in the back where most of the hair was & didn't see any remaining. I felt good about their effort...paid for my car and left. The next morning I went out to do a closer inspection...trying to find some fault with the job they did. I came to the conclusion that I had received virtually a perfect job. The only fault I could find was where the windows weren't rolled down to clean the top of the glass. Two weeks later I returned to Oasis to compliment Francisco on the job he did for me...and to get an exterior wash because my son had taken the truck out to the lake. After commenting to Francisco that the only thing I could find wrong with the job was the window tops...he did a complete wipe down, in & out, for the price of an exterior wash. I told Francisco that my vehicle looked as good as new...and it was the best detail job I had ever received. Suddenly, the amount I paid seemed cheap for the work that was done. Oasis will be seeing me again. Thanks
