  • I couldn't have asked for a better customer service experience. The staff are very polite, attentive, and sincere. I had the help of Andrew who was extremely diligent and helpful in explaining the different types of bikes, product lines and components. I was able to test out a Giant Defy 2 Small and Andrew was very patient in explaining the considerations one should have when choosing a bike. In the end I tried out the Giant Defy 2 and while I'm not yet ready to make a purchase (doing further research), I have to say that the shopping process was very straightforward, easy to understand and most importantly a pleasure to deal with the staff.
