  • This location is easy to access, in a complex in the Sunset Station parking lot. I was just there to drop off my cable box and router after cancelling my service on the phone. There were 6 or 7 people seated, waiting for the next available rep. I was asked to type in my name on a touchscreen (that, strangely, didn't work very well) and wait to be called. No big deal, just about a 10 minute wait. The folks were friendly and helpful. Just keep in mind that depending on how busy they are, you could be in for a wait.
