  • I hosted a screening event here and let me just say that it was one of the best experiences of my life. The owners are such genuine, friendly people, and were so helpful during the entire process. The theater is older, but charming, and there are definitely enough seats to host a decent sized screening/meeting or event. They have a little over 170 seats in the auditorium, but are more than happy to put folding chairs in the aisles to accommodate up to 200 people. I also know some people who had to opportunity to film an entire short film at this theater. I love how easy they are to work with, and how supportive of local filmmakers and artists they are! It cost me $150 to rent the space for the night, and I could spend the extra money on buying banners and raffle prizes. It really was an awesome night! I love this theater! Definitely talk to them if you are looking to rent space or use them as a venue for your event! They are very accommodating and easy to work with. Note: there is free parking in the lot adjacent to the theater, and Sully's pub is walking distance. There are also a few other bars near the Medina Square that would be a short drive or walking distance if the weather permits.
