  • A friend recommended this company after I complained to her that I thought my current service was charging a high amount. I got an estimate from Jim which I was happy with so I asked to be put on the schedule. Once he found out I had a company that I had used twice before, he rudely said he wasn't going to compete with another company and refused to come out. I'm still baffled.
