  • We had to get a car through the insurance while our car was getting fixed. We were already having major difficulties with the insurance and were expecting to struggle with the rental company. A man named Drew helped us and was more then accommodating to us. He even changed out our original car they gave us. I'm super sensitive to smoke and perfume and this car smelled like someone tried to cover the smoke smell with perfume! But switched it out with no problem!!
