  • I'm rating it one star because I have to rate it something. This place was disgusting and in a TERRIBLE part of Tempe. Right across the university is an ideal location for a student,but at what cost? Bed bugs,roaches,multiple cats,homeless people wondering around all hours of the day,and the loud roars of 922 Place sure make this complex "home sweet home". Renovations were being made when I left but a wall around the complex won't make it look anymore appealing than it is now. Steer clear from University Apartments on Lemon and Rural.
