  • I despise this company on so many levels. I called this store specifically before driving out to make sure they'd replace the screen protector I bought from a Verizon store, even told the exact model name to make sure, drive out to Westgate and the very rude lady at the door told me they couldn't help me since it wasn't a Zagg product. I asked her why the person on the phone who I talked to not 20 minutes before told me that it could be replaced IN STORE and she said maybe they thought it was a different model. I said no, I told them exactly which one it was on the phone and they said no problem. They sent me to TWO other "resellers" who gave me the runaround as well. I hate Verizon, I wish this company would collapse under the weight of it's own stupid corporate greed. Nobody will replace a $1.00 piece of glass that I paid $50 for and comes with a bullshit warranty. Fuck Verizon. Fuck them so hard.
