  • Great comforting food matched with pleasant service! We went this past Saturday for a late lunch and boy was this placed packed to its gills! I guess it'd be wise to plan a 30-45 min wait in your schedule when planning this joint esp. in and around peak hours. Here's my thoughts on the food once we did finally get to eat! Pork Belly Bun - Excellent! The bun was not to spongy nor was it dry. The pork belly was melt in your mouth cooked and the hoisin sauce paired really well with it. Must try! Tonkotsu ramen - Delicious! The broth was creamy and had a "soothe your senses" sort of taste to it. The braised pork was cooked to perfection and really complimented the flavors of the broth. The noodles were light and portioning balanced. The add-ons of Garlic and Spicy bombs really elevated the dish and gave another dimension to it! Green tea Creme Brulee - Sinful! The green tea wasn't bitter or overpowering the otherwise usually subtle flavor of a typical custard. In fact it was a very good play on flavors and ended up being the Star of our evening!! Highly recommended!
