  • As a company I would highly recommend them. We have used them twice. The two experiences with them are very different though. The coordinator Kathy is very helpful and accommodating. However ask about the crew they are sending out. If she says the name Tim promptly request no demand someone else. Tim arrived at my home already with a bad attitude and angry. He said it was because and I quote " the company took my semi away because I made two trips to Michigan" hmm whatever Tim. He also stated they had given him the crappy truck today. So he was very belligerent and pretty much screamed at me the whole time saying he couldn't take this he couldn't take that he even said he could not take my bed?? It was a regular queen sized bed. Even his partner Donald had had enough of his ugliness and started taking the bed on his own. Now here is my most angriest moment with Tim I was unhooking my surround sound on my own so it would be protected and so I would know how to hook it back up. I got called away and came back 5 seconds later and Tim had ripped and yanked out ALL of the cords. Didn't even disconnect the power first! Now my receiver is blown and will not work. Thanks Tim! I asked him why he did that that I was doing it the proper way he just screamed we're not even supposed to take that stuff!!!! So I'm thinking why the hell did you rip it apart then? The second thing that I was livid about was he kept loading things into this giant box and wheeling it into my new home and shouted there you go ladies put this stuff away. Now remember we have used them before and none of this happened before so I knew this wasn't the way this company operates. I unloaded that big box three times. Hell I should have just rented a truck and done it on my own!! So basically what I am telling you is ask if Tim is one of the crew members coming and if he is refuse. Demand someone else! He is awful!! The first time we used this company easy as pie we just relaxed while they did their job. Not so with Tim not to mention he will refuse to move things that he has no reason to deny. The other crew was awesome and broke nothing. Tim ruined my surround sound the receiver is blown. Even his partner Donald ( who could not have been nicer) was getting mad at Tim and when Tim said he couldn't take my bed Donald said we do this all the time and started taking things on his own. I've had a professional out here to look at my surround sound and he said it was most definitely from the abuse by Tim that blew it. You don't disconnect anything by ripping and pulling wires out! every right minded individual knows that! I have four witnesses to what Tim did throughout the day. I offered lemonade and boberry biscuits Donald was thankful Tim asked for beer.
