I love thrifting just as much as anyone& scavenging clothes, appliances & little knick knacks at a satisfying low price but it was my first time here today& I was REALLY taken back by how it looks in here & how you had to literally dig your way through the bins.
My boyfriend & I looked at each other kind of with disgust as we looked around but then we saw this really cool mustard colored chair that looked like it was from Urban outfitters or something like that, we expected it to be like 20 dollars but it was 4.99! Interesting...
We started looking around more but honestly it was really hard with all the people in the way, how disorganized and messy everything was & how dirty most of the things were. I kind of felt like I didnt wanna see whats in the bottom of the bins because I was paranoid people would think its funny to hide sharp or gross objects in there but thats just me..We didnt even wanna touch anything even though most of the appliances we passed by were unbelievably cheap. I mean a FLAT SCREEN for 9.99?& a washing machine for 9.99? I dont know if any of them work good but thats really something you dont see everyday. It was kind of hard to breathe in there & I would suggest bringing sanitizer or gloves to look through the bins... I'll just stick to my normal goodwill stores but it sure looks like alot of people & not just the kind you think this kind of place attracts brings in alot of customers. garage sells would be more better but this place has alot of good deals..I just wish it was alittle more cleaner& less of a hassle to look.
