They are now requiring a $50 deposit just to get an appointment. I've been going there a while so was surprised when asked to make such a large "deposit" last time I called for an appointment. This will probably be the last time I go there. Too bad, it's so close to my house, but I don't want to pay for services before I get them. I've never had any other beauty service provider ask for this. It's a stupid policy because it guards against no-shows, but it likely drives out more customers like me.
