This review is specifically for the pharmacy. Quick care called in a antibiotic for my daughter to this location. Called and was told 40-60 minutes but CVS called 10 minutes later saying it was ready. Went thru the drive-thru and was told there was problems with my insurance. So, I go inside and wait for 15 minutes to be told I have to wait another 30-45 minutes since there was a problem with the insurance. I asked if there was a way they could expedite since I had a really sick kid in the car and was told that was expedited and the pharmacy tech, Chad, was flat out rude and said I have to wait. So, I drive home (10 minute drive) and call my insurance to fix the problem low and behold by the time I get home CVS is calling that the Rx is ready so I turn around and head back to CVS. No apology for my inconvenience!! Will not use the location again!! Retrain Chad on his customer service skills!!
