  • Sloppy, disorganized and the whole enterprise gives off a very amateur feel. Like this is a hobby business for someone. What's bizarre is this is a large credit union. But they act unprofessional and make all manner of things that should be easy, challenging, all because of their own outdated procedures and disorganization. I have never in my life had as many problems with a financial institution as this one. Stay away.
