This place is an awesome concept. It isn't cheap but it has amazing selection and it truly seems to be supporting small ventures in the booze department. Upon walking in you are presented with tons of jugs of booze that say "Do not Dispense" .. However they do let you go in and sample a bunch of stuff.. If I was visiting or had friends in town I for sure think this is a cool spot to check out. I am stoked to know it is here.. I tried to find out exactly how long this spot had been here and also get background on who their suppliers were but sadly I was helped by someone who kind of didn't really enjoy answering any of my questions. Even to the point of asking if I was a under cover cop in "jest" but mainly because he just was not really able to align and relate. Which sadly is a pet peeve of mine. I still went ahead and tried out a few different samples I love their Pepper Vodka and that may bring me back. However I opted not to buy anything because the gentleman who ended up helping us really kind of unsettling. I don't want to say rude because he did have a smile the whole time but he made it seem like "work" to have to help me. I usually try not to leave reviews my first time entering a place but when I was questioning a type of Liquor I was considering trying that had grapes in the photo trying to gauge if it was like a type of "wine" he was talking down to me rather than educating which I just really couldn't appreciate. I plan to give this place another chance because not only did I enjoy the Pepper Vodka for its awesome amount of spice without any funky taste (which yes its expensive this is the strip folks) but they have tons of cool vinegars and oils to try. Since it was my first visit I am not going to name drop but I will say a good take away is to Educate and Align and relate with your customers. You never know who you are helping. I am all about paying for something if I am sold on the value but also if I can tell the person is EXCITED to introduce me to new things. I literally was warned the vodka I wanted to try was "Hot" and "sold " a lot but was not one time offered some of my sales guys favorites or even asked what I usually like. For the record I don't know a THING about Wine nor do I enjoy too much rum but I loveBeer, Whiskey and Vodka. Even more so I love THIS CONCEPT I just really was not pleased with how I was treated... I will update next time I make my way to VOM FASS
