  • We never cease to be amazed at the over-the-top "extreme hospitality" we continue to experience at Camelback Inn! From a seamless and delightful, friendly and professional check-in on Friday to the beautiful room, so luxuriously and comfortably appointed, facing the beautiful gardens and impressive profile of Camelback Mountain, to the fabulous breakfast buffet and on to the much needed magical hands of your spa staff, every experience was stellar. We had the great good fortune of getting "Ronda" as our server for breakfast. She has been with the Inn for a number of years and it is clear why: she is so cheerful, so happy to serve and so good (no; excellent!) at her job!! She made us feel like the best guests she had ever served! The food is always something we look forward to! The spa staff were welcoming and professional. As always, the facility itself sets the tone for the treatment we are about to receive. Beautifully appointed, with comfortable places to relax and wait looking at exceptional views. Lovely and thoughtful finishes throughout and soothing music and refreshments to enjoy. Stevie Dunlap was so good as massage therapist, my husband requested her both days! I had Roseanne and Susan, both very good and clearly well trained! We enjoyed a "thirsty camel" poolside (something we have NEVER done before!) and must say that the pool staff was also exceptional. They were constantly walking around, offering water, picking up towels, moving umbrellas, picking things up and of course asking after our needs....we felt very pampered. Housekeeping was like invisible fairies--we asked them to come back after we got a late start in the morning, and when we returned from the spa, the room was perfectly made up! We so enjoyed the beautiful grounds, the views and the peaceful surroundings (yes, our room was RIGHT next to the Jackrabbit pool and we had no noise or any reason to complain!) Although we only live a mile away, the saying is true, there is: "only one in all the world" about the Camelback Inn!
