Don't let the simple, subdued logo fool you. Todd's is a nice establishment. Not too classy and not too pricey, but with food at that epicurean level and a more casual, relaxed feel.
I've tried 3, maybe 4, entrees and each one was superb. The shirt ribs stood out the most to me. You know how people say slow-cooked meat falls off the bone or, even further, melts in your mouth? But it doesn't actually melt in your mouth, does it?* Well... this one virtually does. You don't need a knife.
*surely there are exceptions, but I mean it as a hyperbolic statement.
