  • Charlotte is not one of my favorite airports- it just always seems crowded. The food court is always a mob scene, particularly the Chick-Fil-A, the gate areas are small and thus crowded, and the Admiral's clubs are meh- the one in the central area is better. Security also tends to be on the more crowded side in this airport. Overall, I much prefer going through Dallas if using an American hub.
