  • Terrible service. Called them out to look at a leaking water heater, where the leaks caused the pilot light to go out. We light the pilot light and called CNJ. They charged us a $75 service fee and declared that the leaking was simple condensation, and was something to be expected (despite the nice sized puddle that had accumulated). They are the expert, so I accepted that. Now, a month an a half later, the water heater is leaking so badly its causing standing water in my garage. I called CNJ back (Chris) and he informed me I'd have to pay the $75.00 service fee again to come out and re-examine the problem. I wouldn't trust these guys again.
