  • We are local residents who have been here many times to enjoy good food and a pleasant atmosphere. Today we brought four out-of-town guests by for a late lunch. Our table of seven could sit on the patio on "the other side" but we were told no server would be provided. The "other side" is still on the patio. When I went to the hostess stand, three employees were there and one confirmed that we would indeed have to fend for ourselves and fetch our own food and drinks from the bar. So our unhappy table of seven left and went down the street to Bean town and happily spent our money there....and the food there was excellent, as was the service. I won't go back to Kristopher's.
