| - My husband and I came in on a Friday night around 6:00. No one was at the front desk to greet us or take our name down for a table for about ten minutes. By then there were three more parties behind us. So someone then finally seats us.
We take a look at the menu (which was sticky and full of sauce splatter) and many of the rolls have soft shell crab and shrimp tempura in them. So for us, we're automatically turned off. By then we're feeling stuck with our decision to eat here, so we order inari, spicy salmon roll, and Loca special roll. The rolls came out quick, but the rice was undercooked, the fish had zero taste, and one of our rolls was swimming in ponzu. Anyways we eat our rolls, but during this time no one checks on how the food is and no one comes by to refill drinks. The wait staff can't be bothered for anything as they're literally running past the tables. We ask for the bill, which after ten minutes doesn't come out. Another waitress stops by to ask of everything is okay. Well, we just need a bill. oh brother. Understaffed? Overpacked? Combination of the 2? I don't know, but the food was bad and the service was bad. No reason to come back.
