  • Worst place ever. Called in advance to try to make an appointment and I was told "No need to make an appointment, just come in within the next 20 minutes and we can get you taken care of in about 45 minutes." I was so happy to hear this. I then headed over and got there in 10 minutes. Once the guy was done confusing the older woman in front of me, I walked up and said that I wanted to get an oil change. HE THEN SAID THAT THEY DON'T DO WALK INS. I told him that I had called 10 minutes ago and was told that I didn't need to make an appointment and he said that no one ever called. My boyfriend then told him exactly what was said to us and he said, "I have been here all day and have a great memory and no one called." I walked away instantly. Once we got into the car I check and made sure that I called the right number. I did. Joel completely gave us the wrong info on the phone and wasn't decent enough to man up and state that when we were there.
