Stupidly signed a 2-year contract. One year in, asked about canceling and was told would have to pay the balance in one lump sum plus $50 "fee". Fine. My mistake. Continued paying $31 monthly. Two months before end of term, and again one month before, called to tell them not to renew. June 30, 2017 was last day. Was told i would have to call after July 1, to cancel renewal. Called July 5 (after holiday weekend), and of course, was told membership would end July 31, 2017, giving them that extra $31 for the month that I should never have been charged for in the first place. Seriously? They couldn't have scheduled the withdrawals to stop on June 30, when I called prior to that date? Such BS. They are the typical POS business that screws as many people as they possibly can out of as much money as they possibly can with the worst excuse for customer service. Period.
