Razor Emporium is a quality establishment. I dropped off my Pils razor for a tune-up, and the customer service was fantastic from the start! They answered all of my questions without hesitation, and the communication from start to finish was stellar. Picking up my razor was quite surprising, as I was expecting them to simply hand me my razor. The presentation was phenomenal! My razor was packaged in a brown bag with their logo, had my invoice, service warranty card with inspector (Matt) and packager's (Ashley) signature, a cleaning cloth, and to top it off, gift paper! What attention to detail. Will definitely be bringing back other razors and recommending them to family/friends.
