  • Brought my Jeep in for an alignment (because my dealership service Dept said I needed one). Turns out I have a bunch of front end issues and getting an alignment would be pointless. So, not only did they not charge me, Derek showed me the issues, wrote them down and offered to help me if I have issues with the dealership. I really appreciate their honesty and help. I'll be back once my warrant is up. (Cuz you know, Jeeps are always in the shop. Lol)
