I've been a fan of this chain but have to call them out on the gluten free pizza crust. There is no excuse today, with all of the wonderful GF options available, to offer a sub par GF experience when you call yourself a Pizza Kitchen. The gluten free crust is horrible. If you can't do it right, don't offer a GF alternative. If you go try the GF pizza at True Foods for example you will see what I mean. They do it right. As a GF diner, things like pizza are a luxury, so when we get a bad one, we are very, very disappointed.
I had issues with the take out service on this visit as well, but won't go there. Get the crust right or drop the offering!
