rev:text	I appreciated the shuttle service but beware of the promise of covered parking. My car was hotter than the outside temp of 94° when my family of 4 (12 and 8 year olds, my husband and myself) arrived @ 5:30pm on a Saturday to pick up our mini van from business valet. The manager on duty could not do anything to rectify this and made no excuses for the car not being in covered storage. I feel that they are falsely representing their services.
