  • My husband and I began shopping at this Ashley location back in October of 2014. Back then, we were engaged to be married and in the process of building a house. Knowing we needed to furnish a whole house, we wanted to start our furniture shopping early. We went to eight different furniture stores in Mentor that day, With Ashley being our first stop and eventually our last stop. Jack (Gibbons?) was our salesman the very first time we went into the store. He was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made the whole process very easy for us. To date, we have gone back to Jack to furnish practically our whole house. We have order the Knox Durablend living room set with 2 end tables and coffee table, the matching Durablend recliner, a memory foam mattress with adjustable base, and two sets of lamps. Each time we go in we look for Jack, I recommend him to anyone looking to purchase furniture. He also made sure to give us military discounts on each order we placed, which was an awesome gesture that has secured our business for life. Everyone that I have dealt with at the Mentor store has been great as well, just the best customer service! This Wednesday we get to take delivery of our furniture!
