  • I called today and asked about packages and was told to look on their website. I told her I was driving and asked if she could tell me about her packages and again was told to look on the website ! She then added she had a line of people waiting. So rude! I responded so you mean to tell me when people call your salon yo hear about your services you can't tell them? She then added that she would look it up on the website for me. Horrible customer service. I was going to book something but now I wouldn't bother with such rude and poor staff who can't be troubled to do their own job. So unprofessional.
