  • I have been a member here over 7 years. Nothing has ever happened in my experience here that has given me a positive or negative outlook until September 2017. I added my roommate on to my account with a monthly contract (I have always paid in full for myself) and we have been hit every month with fees for issues out of my control. Their billing/customer service department is AWFUL. They enjoy arguing with customers and are just rude overall. We will not be renewing moving forward because of the awful service provided by the financial department.
