  • I would give 0 star if yelp allows me. They will MAKE YOU PAY FIRST before you even enter the spa. And there's a MANDATORY 20% TIPS ADDED whether you like the service or not. The Spa itself: - Old.......especially the lockers room. - Small Jacuzzi - Steam room is not steaming/hot enough. It's like the system is not working normally. - Shower: low water pressure. - Products are nice tho. They smell nice and moisturizing The 50 mins European facial: - the facial itself is not bad only if it's really 50 mins. Unfortunately it only lasted for 40 mins. - no facial massage was given I made a complaint to the manager afterwards. They refused to refund any tips as "We have already charged the credit card" They offer to let me use the spa facility on the next day. But honestly....the spa environment is too unpleasant to go back to...... Will not recommend and will not go back!
