  • Parking is absolutely atrocious. 2 PM on a Friday and after 20 minutes I gave up and parked at frys. So, between folks driving 2 miles an hour and pedestrians, parking was 40 minutes. Limp into the store (I need a knee immobilizer.) wait in line for birthday gift. Lady rings up birthday gift. Demands a coupon for gift. Despite it being almost 3pm on my birthday, and a rewards member for 5 years, no coupon in my email inbox or junk mail. Get told so sad, to bad. Wait on phone 5 minutes with customer service. Get emailed the coupon. Wait in line again. Takes cashier no less than six tries to input it correctly. And this store, as other reviewers have mentioned, is the most unorganized, under stocked, mess of a store I have ever shopped at. I gave up shopping there two years ago. I buy online now. It's just not worth it.
