  • I called and scheduled an appointment following a lengthy conversation of what I was looking for- for a nervous client. I had a person recommended to me based off my concerns and an appointment was scheduled for tomorrow. I called this morning and asked if she had an earlier appointment for today. They said she was open all day and they asked me what time would work for me and they would contact her. The appointment was scheduled. Let's not forget they have my contact information. A couple hours go by and I arrive for my appointment. After several excuses I still don't comprehend they had rescheduled me with another one of their stylists without any consideration of my thoughts or contacting me. I kindly reminded them of our conversation of the previous day and of the morning just hours prior how they completely built up the stylist assigned and now they were changing it at the last minute for a nervous client? I walked out. What a waste of a morning!
