I dropped off two pairs of shoes just wanting them to simply be cleaned. The two pairs were black Manolo Blahnik heels & Joie brand black wedges. I went on a trip shortly after and put my Manolo's on to discover that something was done to the leather/heel and it was literally slanting to the side making them unwearable. These shoes were around $600, I have only worn them a few times and I keep them on my shelf in my closet, they 100% did something to them. I tried on my other pair of wedges and SAME thing, something was done to the leather- it was softened or something weird and I can't wear those as well because my feet slide too far in over the edge. When I called multiple times to talk to the owner I was constantly snubbed and I was told by one of the employees at the Indian School location that the owner had told him to tell me "tough luck" and "sucks to be me"-word for word. The owner had the audacity to say this and not return my call himself to apologize for ruining my shoes and offer some type of compensation. The customer service is truly horrendous and honestly I don't understand how some people can run their businesses like this- I feel completely cheated and I honestly will never use them again and want to share this information with other people so you know what to expect when dropping off your valuable property here.
