The offer was about way off market price and the comps that were used were the lowest comps in the area... Luckily I did my research and had been speaking with multiple people about my home. I asked the OpenDoor agent about both comps that I knew were right at market and less than a mile from my home. He said oh is that the one at (address) and I confirmed the first comp and he told me he doesn't know why they weren't listed and I can send them over, but they were still going to be way off for their offer. Smh when I am talking off, I am talking over 25k off and even further down when you add fees and any small repairs... OpenDoor seems to prey on people who are in desperate need to move. They low ball the customer, THEN take additional fees out of the low balled number, THEN any repairs needed, THEN sell the house for a profit and all they did was provide the convenience of taking the house off of someone's hands and they have made an extremely large profit at someone else's expense... do not even bother...
