  • I've never had issues with the market part of the store. Usually everything is okayly stocked, and faced. Produce is usually very fresh. But the deli/sandwich department is slacking. The last 5 panini's I've gotten have been completely made wrong. They weren't toasted. Random things added to them, or key components of the sandwich are missing. I stopped getting sandwiches for about a month, but today my boyfriend wanted a panini. I order mine then a couple minutes later about 6 people ordered. Every person after me got their orders before me. I went up to ask about mine, and they said it was on the grill. Two sandwiches come off the grills they're using, and neither were mine. I ended up waiting almost 30 mins for a panini. I should have left, honestly. The girl also didn't call out my name bc "she didn't know how to pronounce it"??? So I had to wait extra. So I take the panini to my guy, and guess what??? It wasn't even made correctly. It had the stuff I asked for it with out on it, along with random add ins, and not toasted :) A lot of people that work around sprouts will tell you they experience the same type of stuff.
