The service was okay. I ended up losing the keys to the car at my step-son's birthday party. I wasn't sure where the keys were at. I ended up calling road side assistance to inform them of the issue. They were absolutely rude! They asked me for a call back number if we got disconnected. I got hung up on about 5 times. Then I called back, and they were unable to let me know the price I would be charged if I did not find the keys. I was when I find the keys call back and they would notate my account.LIES!!! I found the keys and called back they "told" me they notated, however when I returned the car my receipt showed I was charged almost $300 for keys that were no longer lost. Then I got the run around when I called Alamo themselves. I called several times, I was supposed to receive a all back from a supervisor, I DID NOT. I had to call back and explain the situation over, finally got transferred to a supervisor and she took of it after 3 days. UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER AGAIN.
