  • I'm not one to write a review but after my experience today at J Salon I decided to make an exception. After having a horrible Ombré experience at Toni & Guy- Arrowhead I decided to look online for a color correction and found Claudine from J Salon. I made an appointment with her that same day and after our consultation she recommended re-doing my ombré. She also recommended making an appointment in the week since the process would take a couple of hours and she had her afternoon booked. After telling her my schedule restrictions for the next 2 weeks she offered to come in early on her day off the following day to fix my hair since she did not want me to go another 2 weeks with my ridiculous hair color. When I walked in the following morning she greeted me with a smile and immediately offered me something to drink. She then took me to her station and started working. The whole process went smooth and Claudine kept me updated throughout the whole process. The staff and owners greeted me with smiles and made me feel at home the entire time I was there. I am completely happy with my results. Claudine went above and beyond my expectations given my recent experience at Toni & Guy. She goes that extra mile and gets to know her clients as individuals and adds her artistic style to each hair transformation.If you are looking for Ombré hair and want it done right the first time go to Claudine Callaway! I wish I would have!
