  • We bought an ozonator ($1000+) after the salesman at the West Island store fooled us into believing it was better than a salt filter and guaranteed we'd be using far less chlorine. I complained after the equipment did not decrease our use of chlorine, and there was absolutely no benefit in terms of water quality. After several emails were exchanged with the manager of the store, we got nowhere. No refund or offer to replace it with a salt filter, no apology nothing. The people who run that place are totally uninterested in customer satisfaction and aftersales service. Buyer beware!!
