  • Do not move in this apartment the real apartment is so different then the model and I hate that I signed the lease and I'm stuck for a year. Yes there's a beautiful lake but you can't enjoy it because of the geese and ducks that make noise all night! I moved in my dishwasher wasn't working and my stove light was broke. That should of been taken care before I moved in. I live in the lower unit and it stinks eat the steps and I told them countless times and it still stinks I'm forced to sprinkle carpet stuff out there just to get a decent smell. There was also ct hair from a previous owner in my apartment when I moved in. They lied and told me they cleaned the carpets. Not to mention the roaches or water bugs I get my apartment has been exterminated twice and I seen another bug today I'm very clean and I can't do it I'm ready to break my lease be ware to not move into this nightmare of an apartment there are two other apartments next door try those ! The only good thing about this apartment was the leasing agent Courtney and she got a new job!
