What a frustrating experience. I moved recently, which prompted many companies to call me to try and sell me something or in this case sell me a service. Rescue One Air called me repeatedly, props for being persistent, because it worked, they reeled me in. I read some promising reviews and was so excited to have a reputable company maintain my air conditioning and heating units. So, I scheduled an appointment a month out... today was the day, the window was 12:00pm - 3:00pm. We were quickly approaching 2:00pm and curiosity got the best of me. I was hoping that I haven't put my precious Saturday (I only have 2 days a week to myself as I work M-F) on hold for nothing. I called Rescue One to see if they were still coming. The girl that answered the phone said that they are too busy and will be unable to follow through with their commitment, and further stated that we need to reschedule. What??!!?? Needless to say, I will not be rescheduling.
UPDATE: The young lady who answered the phone earlier today called me back after she spoke with the manager/owner and they were able to work me in to the schedule later in the day. I really appreciate them being able to keep me on the schedule for today. Also, I am so appreciative of the offer Jason extended to me for the mix-up. This is a great sign of the upstanding company I had originally chosen for my A/C & Heating maintenance.
