  • First visit to Spa Avania to celebrate my girlfriend's 40th birthday. Great spa experience and massage service. As for customer service, it's superb! I left my sunglasses in the locker room and I didn't realize it was missing until the next day when I'm on my way to the airport. I called Spa Avania and talked to Meredith (as I remember, sorry if it's wrong) and if found, if they can mail it to me. She called back within an hour to tell me they found my sunglasses and they'll be sending it to me via FedEx for free! Wow! How I wish Spa Avania is in California. If I find myself in AZ, this will be in my no. 1 spot to visit. :-)
