We have taken our dog here several times and had great service. However today, I confused my appt time by half an hour. As soon as they called, I got the dogs in the car and headed straight there. I called to tell them we were in route and would be there in five minutes. At that point, the lady on the phone told me that we missed our "ten" minute window and they were canceling our appt. I told her that was horrible customer service and that they lost our business for good. Her reply for me was "that's fine" and she hung up.
I have no desire to give my money to a company that would treat their customers this way and not even care if they retain our business.
On the flip side, if they had taken us and worked with us even though we were a little late, the groomer would've earned an extra tip for great customer service. Instead, they lost our money today as well our future business.
