  • I walked into the salon and up to the counter expecting someone to acknowledge me and check me in. No such luck! Instead, I waited 10 minutes before a surly male stylist with a brown beard and glasses rudely told me to step aside while he checked out a client. After another 5 minutes, he reluctantly took down my information. As if that wasn't enough, he budged one of his clients in front of me at check out and muttered an insult under his breath at me. Very unprofessional staff, poor customer service. Place is a dump in rundown shopping center in Cotswold. NO GOOD.
