The management is poor. You rarely see the manager there helping out or keeping the place together. One of the rules in a leadership position is communication and another is responsibility. There's rarely any chocolate covered waffle bowls made readily available and I've been there all times of the day multiple times throughout the week. The manager needs to communicate better with the employees on how items should be prepared in advance and the manager should initiate being a good working leader too! It's sad to say that the employees there are almost clueless on how to do their job except maybe 3. The guy with the blonde hair and sleeve tattoo is the only individual I see being the new manager. At least he knows how to manage things correctly.
