  • The one star is for RYAN, the gentleman who works ALONE behind the print counter! He is amazing and an incredible multi tasker with great customer services skills. This time of year (tax time) this place should have at least 2 people. It was SOOOO busy. He was literally running around. I briefly asked him if they did not cross train other employees to help? He politely smiled and said they just usually had one person back there. Would go back for RYAN but not much else....
