This is my 3rd time servicing my Jaguar at this dealership and none of my experiences have been memorable. I only go here because I have not been able to find another Jaguar dealership in the Phoenix area. What I dislike the most in the lack of organization in their drive thru for service and their service/reception area. The staff and environment appears very disorganized. I am used to being greeted for service at other dealerships. At this dealership you have to seek out help. Once I request help they are helpful but when you call 9 x's out of 10 the call goes to voicemail...their single source for service has you often times waiting for help when there are other service writers that could assist you. They also always try to sell more service than necessary. I have had two requests to troubleshoot technical display features that no one there could help me with. This time after my oil change they forgot to give me my oil change sticker for future service so I can only hope that they really did the oil change. I hate to complain but have always had 1st class service form other centers from Chevy to Mercedes Benz and would expect better from this organization. I hope we can see improvement in the future!
