  • I've been to Vegas countless amount of times, used a number of promoters and have often been satisfied but nothing like this. Hot Shot Vegas surpassed any expectations I ever had. Not only are they honest and direct, they don't try to up sell you, or make you feel stupid if you're like: "uh that's not within my budget", and they don't just take your money, send you on your way and say: "bye Felicia". I needed to plan a fun bachelorette weekend as the maid of honor. After having some challenges with some promoters I came across Hot Shot Vegas through yelp. The reviews drew me in and I contacted them immediately. Within minutes I received a response and then a quote. There are no stupid questions with them. Everything is answered thoroughly and explained in detail. No surprises! The weekend approached and never did I anticipate hearing from them again. I had paid the deposit and figured I'd get an email of directions and that was that. But I was wrong, Jason checked in on me, asked how everything was coming along and it didn't matter if it was 2pm or 2am...I always got a response back if I needed some direction. In addition when a minor hiccup was brought up to Jason's attention he didn't hesitate one bit to take ownership for the mistake, and fix it almost immediately. Jason is the man. I don't know how he does it, especially in Vegas where money talks. He works with you and I felt I got the best bang for my buck. I wished I would have found him earlier in planning for this past weekend bc no promoter ever offered what Jason and Hot Shot Vegas did which was the best customer experience ever. Like I can't even believe they're real... Seriously the best company to deal with. Whatever event you're planning- contact them! Trust me all the reviews are real. You won't regret it.
