| - I love, love, love Nature's Bin -- it's a locally-owned business with quality organic and/or local produce and groceries; it's not too big or too small; and the staff are friendly and genuine. I just wish it was closer to me -- us hippie Heights residents are in dire need of a store like this on Coventry Road. Whole Foods put all these kinds of independent health food stores out of business years ago, and I really think the time is ripe (excuse the pun) for them to come back, given the exploding support for CSAs and farmers' markets. Fresh Fork and Shaker Square Farmers' Market pretty much have my fresh produce needs covered in the summer, but I still need a grocery store to get nuts, coconut water, dried fruit, flour, and the like -- and that's where Nature's Bin (OK, and Trader Joe's) comes in. Nature's Bin doesn't drain me like most supermarkets, and it really is a pleasure to shop there -- no blasting music, no fluorescent lighting, just a relaxed, down-to-earth vibe and aisles of wholesome food. It feels good to support them.
