  • I would go to this Starbucks because it's conveniently close to my home, however the last visit was irritating. I ordered a venti cappuccino in the drive way. They handed it to me and my husband immediately asked if there was even anything in the cup. I used to be a barista. I know how to make them. I would have just ordered an espresso shot if that's what I wanted. There was no steamed milk whatsoever. That's not the irritating part. What's irritating is having to park and go inside and the cashier telling me it should be that way (when they never have made it that way at that exact location in the hundreds of times I've been there before). Then the barista making it told me that's what a Cappuccino is as if I just don't know what I'm ordering. I told her there's no steamed milk whatsoever and she smirked and rolled her eyes and added steam milk to the drink. I said okay well does this mean you guys have been making the drink wrong for the past year I've been coming here? Ridiculous. Don't roll your eyes at the customer because you can't get the drink right!
